Henry Olmos Posada is a senior executive with over 35 years in the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of turning challenges into growth opportunities. As Founder & Executive Director of Orión Frontier Solutions and former Executive Vice President of Procaps and other major firms, he has led market entries from the ground up, launched key therapeutic lines, and positioned companies at the top in prescription and market share across Latin America. His strategic vision—reinforced by executive programs at Yale and Kellogg—enables him to integrate multidisciplinary teams, optimize resources, and design financial and regulatory plans that ensure sustainable revenue and a positive impact on patients and shareholders.
